Tahoe Spring Skiing Escape

Push your limits on the slopes, then kick back fireside—Jackson Hole’s perfect mix of thrill and comfort.

Spring in North Lake Tahoe means long days on the slopes with soft snow, wide-open terrain, and the deep-blue lake shimmering in the distance. Choose between Palisades, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, and Diamond Peak where they keep the lifts spinning, offering a mix of challenging chutes, playful groomers, and panoramic ridgelines. With every detail handled, you’re free to spend your energy chasing runs, soaking up the sun, and savoring après on lively patios.

Begin each day with a wholesome breakfast before heading straight to the mountain, where you can ski hard until last chair or take it easy with friends on cruisy spring laps. Stop for lunch mid-mountain, then return whenever you like - your private transfers are always ready. Après is festive and colorful, with local craft brews, regional wines, and chef-inspired bites that celebrate Tahoe’s unique mountain culture. Evenings unfold with options: a chef-prepared dinner at the estate, a lakeside dining experience, or exploring Tahoe’s nightlife.

Spring skiing has a way of bringing people together—whether you’re linking turns with new friends, lounging together at après, or sharing stories by the fire. And yet it’s all at your pace: there are no required activities, so introverts and extroverts alike can enjoy the trip in their own style. Couples, solo travelers, and groups of friends will all find a natural rhythm that balances independence with camaraderie.

With accommodations in a private estate, thoughtful extras like curated swag bags, luxury van transfers, and the perfect mix of activity and leisure, you’ll arrive ready to ski, connect, and celebrate Tahoe at its finest. And this unforgettable trip becomes more meaningful, knowing your journey fuels The Tahoe Fund’s mission to improve the Lake Tahoe environment including forest health, lake clarity, and recreation.

The evening might unfold with live music, a gallery walk, or simply lingering at the house, swapping stories from the slopes. Dinner might be an intimate feast prepared by a local chef or a lively outing to one of the area’s prized restaurants. However you choose to spend it, every evening is the perfect close to your alpine adventure.

Looking for a day off from the mountain? Swap in additional activities such as cross country skiing, spa pampering, or snowshoeing. We'll get it all set up for you, and get you where you need to go.

  • Certainly. It's important to share the fun with friends and loved ones, even for those not interested in the primary activity. On most trips, such as ski trips, non-participating partners will have endless options to fill their days. On others, such as point-to-point cycling tours, they may need to be comfortable with some van rides (and time by the pool). If you'd like to hear more about what a "day in the life" would be like for a non-participating guest on a specific trip, please reach out and we can get into more detail about the logistics and the experience.

  • Absolutely. We're happy to accommodate and offer e-bikes for all trips, unless specifically noted. Batteries will be charged each night and spares will be carried in the support vehicle to ensure you always have power.
